Andrew served in the U.S Military for a total of  37 years.  Branches of Service: - U.S. Army - 6 Years (1969-1975) and U.S. Air Force 31 years (1979-2009).  Andrew was discharged in 2009 as a MSGT.  His MOS was in Air Force Avionics.  He received military training in all Cockpit Electronic Equipment, including Auto Pilot - Fuel Systems.  Andrew served in Ford Ord, California (June 1969 to December 1969), Korea (December 1969 to January 1971), Albuquerque Army Reserves (1971 to 1975), Chanute AFB (January 1980 to June 1980), Travis AFB (June 1980 to December 2009).  After 37 years of service he moved to Los Lunas, NM.  He his active at his church in Los Lunas and was selected as Chaplain of VFW Post 9676 twice.  He enjoys the camaraderie with his VFW Post 9676 fellow Veterans and serving them and his community as a spiritual leader.
